OPEN LETTER TO ALL BISHOPS, PASTORS, APOSTLES, PROPHETS, AND ALL CHURCH LEADERS IN LIBERIA.

Subject: LOOKING FORWARD TO A NEW DAY FOR THE CHURCH IN LIBERIA!!

GREETINGS MY FELLOW COWORKERS,

Satan's most successful strategy is call DIVIDE AND RULE. Somehow the devil has been successful in placing issues and situations of Division between Ministers of the Gospel and churches in Liberia. Very flimsy, Shallow and spiritual non fundamental things such as position, title, supremacy battles, fathers and sons conflicts, junior and seniority scuffles, denomination and ministry size contest, material possession and wealth competition, most anointed preacher contentions, largest following arguments, largest and biggest program comparison, biggest and most beautiful edifice and cathedral comparison, most educated and eloquent preacher disputes, most well-dressed minister syndrome, competition and isolationism between ministerial groupings and networks, undermining and scandalizing amongst members of the Body and many other unessential things the devil has successfully used to divide the Body of Christ in Liberia thus diminishing our strength, rendering us less relevant in the eye of our society and making us voiceless. junior party dresses

I was at a meeting where prominent church leaders called ex-soldiers who threatened to interrupt the past October 10 General Elections and I was disappointed by the way God's Ministers were rudely addressed my those former military men. I specifically heard one of them said and I quote "WHAT CAN THESE PASTORS DO FOR US WHEN THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO AGREE AMONGST THEMSELVES. WHERE ARE THEY WHILE ALL THESE CORRUPTION EATS UP OUR COUNTRY "

In the season of the Legal Battle after the 1st round of our gone elections, some Pastors tried to call one of the aggrieved party leaders for counsel but his response to the Church was very embarrassing. That particular politician claimed that Bishops and church Leaders in Liberia were in the President's pocket, insinuating that Church Leaders in Liberia are not independent in their views and were cowards not being able to speak against any odd in government because most of them receive handouts from government authorities.

I heard a government official saying to a church leader during an argument and I quote; "MAN OF GOD, WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN ALL OF US GO TO THE SANE PLACE" unquote. Where government officials and church leaders meet, only heaven knows.

The Churches and Pastors in Liberia have great visions, they are hard workers and Great Preachers with great anointing, full of endurance and are doing well with individual commissions BUT Nationally our impact is too meager, insufficient, inadequate and laughable. OUR PROBLEM IS THE TOO MANY PETITE FIGHTS AND VISIBLE LINES OF DIVISION. There is no way we can change or effect any meaningful National change with such a gross and grave division issue. Christ said: ...EVERY HOUSE DIVIDED AGAINST ITSELF IS BROUGHT TO DESOLATION; AND EVERY CITY OR HOUSE DIVIDED AGAINST ITSELF SHALL NOT STAND. (Matthew 12:25)

TURNING POINT LIBERIA MOVEMENT VISION is committed to seeing these destructive odds be eradicated from the church of Liberia that we can have a single purpose thus becoming the VOICE that will bring the Nation to attention whenever we speak on National issues.

We envisage the DAY when the Body of Christ in Liberia despite and irrespective of Denominations, dogma or creed will agree, come together and hold an Annual All-Liberian Church Unity Convention where all Denominations, Independent churches, Para-church organizations and Christian institutions can be represented for the purpose of communal Worship, Gospel Sharing and to receive Spiritual National Mandates annually whereby the church can be guided, preserve her sanctity, amplify her presence, enhance her relevance and win the Nation back to Christ Jesus and restore her original intent for her formation by the Founding Fathers. Amen.

For Gods glory, the edification of His Church and the Restoration of our Beloved Nation.

BISHOP JONATHAN FOXX, SR
